ΠΡΟΣΚΥΝΗΣΟΜΕΝ ΑΓΙΟΝ ΚΥΡΙΟΝ

νάστασιν Χριστοῦ θεασάμενοι προσκυνήσομεν Ἅγιον, Κύριον Ἰησοῦν τόν μόνον ἀναμάρτητον...».

Ἀφοῦ εἴδαμε τήν Ἀνάσταση τοῦ Χριστοῦ, νά προσκυνήσομε πρέπει τόν Ἅγιο, τόν Κύριο, τόν Ἰησοῦ, τόν μόνο ἀναμάρτητο.

Βασικό πράγμα γιά τήν χριστιανική πίστη εἶναι ἡ Ἀνάσταση τοῦ Χριστοῦ. Ὁ Ἀπόστολος Παῦλος λέγει: «Ἄν ὁ Χριστός δέν ἀναστήθηκε, κενό εἶναι τό κήρυγμά μας, κενή εἶναι καί ἡ πίστη μας». Ἡ ἀπόδειξη, ὅτι ἡ χριστιανική πίστη εἶναι ἡ μόνη ἀληθινή πίστη εἶναι ἡ Ἀνάσταση τοῦ Χριστοῦ.

Ὁ Ἀναστημένος Χριστός εἶναι ὁ Ἰησοῦς. Εἶναι ὁ Μεσσἰας. Εἶναι ὁ μονογενής Υἱός τοῦ Θεοῦ. Εἶναι ὁ Θεός ὁ ἀληθινός. Εἶναι τό Φῶς τό ἐκ Φωτός. Εἶναι ὁ μόνος Λυτρωτής καί Σωτήρας τοῦ κόσμου.

Εἶναι Ἅγιος. Ἀπόλυτα Καθαρός. Ἀναμάρτητος. Καί εἶναι Κύριος. Κύριος του ἑαυτοῦ Του. Κύριος οὐρανοῦ καί γῆς, ὁρατῶν τε καί ἀοράτων. Μέ τόν Πατέρα καί τό Ἅγιον Πνεῦμα ἐδημιούργησαν τόν κόσμο. Καί τόν δημιούργησαν μέ τόση ἁρμονία. Καί τόν κυβερνοῦν πάντα.

Γιορτάζοντας ἐφέτος πάλι τήν Ἀνάσταση τοῦ Χριστοῦ μας, νά μή ξεχνοῦμε ποτέ, ὅτι ὁ Χριστός γεννήθηκε, σταυρώθηκε, ἀναστήθηκε, ἀναλήφθηκε γιά τήν δική μας σωτηρία καί τήν σωτηρία ὅλου τοῦ κόσμου. Νά μή ξεχνοῦμε, ὅτι θά ἔρθει ξανά γιά νά κρίνει ζῶντες καί νεκρούς.

Ὁ πιστός χριστιανός ζεῖ τήν Ἀνάσταση τοῦ Χριστοῦ. Ἡ καρδιά του, ἡ ψυχή του, ὁλόκληρο τό εἶναι του φωτίζονται ἀπό το Φῶς τῆς Ἀνάστασης. Ζεῖ τήν πραγματικότητα τῆς καινούργιας τάξης τῶν πραγμάτων. Τήν πραγματικότητα τῆς σωτηρίας. Βλέπει τόν θάνατο καί προσβλέπει στά μετά θάνατο. Γνωρίζει, ὅτι ὁ Χριστός «θανάτω θάνατον πατήσας» μᾶς ἐχάρισε αἰώνια ζωή.

Ζοῦμε τήν Ἀνάσταση καί δέν φοβόμαστε τόν θάνατο. Ζοῦμε ἐν μετανοία καί δέν φοβόμαστε τήν ἁμαρτία. Ἀπό τόν τάφο τοῦ Χριστοῦ ἔρχεται ἡ συγχώρηση.

Εὔχομαι καί προσεύχομαι νά ζήσετε καί νά γιορτάσετε τήν Ἀνάσταση τοῦ Χριστοῦ ἐν καθαρᾶ καρδία. Νά τήν ζήσουν καί νά τήν γιορτάσουν ὅλοι οἱ χριστιανοί, σ’ ὅλο τόν κόσμο, χωρίς προβλήματα. Νά ἐπικρατήσει παντοῦ, σέ χριστιανούς καί μή χριστιανούς ἡ χαρά τῆς Ἀνάστασης τοῦ Χριστοῦ μας. Νά γνωρίσουν τόν Χριστό ὅλοι οἱ ἄνθρωποι τοῦ πλανήτη μας. Σύντομα νά γίνει μία ποίμνη κάτω ἀπό ἕνα Ποιμένα, τόν Χριστό.

Χριστός Ἀνέστη, εὐλογημένοι χριστιανοί. Ἀνάστασιν Χριστοῦ θεασάμενοι, προσκυνήσομεν Ἅγιον, Κύριον, Ἰησοῦν τόν μόνον ἀναμάρτητον. Χριστός Ἀνέστη!

Let us Worship the Holy Lord  Jesus

aving beheld the Resurrection of Christ, let us worship the Holy Lord  Jesus, the only sinless One.”

The Resurrection of Christ is the fundamental teaching of the Christian faith. St. Paul says, “If Christ is not risen, our preaching is empty, our faith is also in vain.” The proof that the Christian faith is the only true faith is the reality of the Resurrection of Christ.

Jesus is the Risen Christ. He is the Messiah. He is the Only-Begotten Son of God. He is the true God. He is “Light from Light.” He is the only Redeemer and Saviour of the world.

He is Holy. Completely pure and sinless. And He is Lord. Lord of Himself. Lord of the heavens and the earth, of those who can be seen as well as those who can not. Together with the Father and the Holy Spirit, they created the world. They created it with such harmony. And they will govern it forever.

As we celebrate once again this year the Resurrection of Christ, let us never forget that Christ was born, crucified, risen from the dead, and ascended to the heavens for our salvation and the salvation of the entire world. Let us never forget that He has promised that He will come again to judge the living and the dead.

The faithful Christian lives the Resurrection of Christ. His heart, soul and his entire being are illumined from the Light of the Resurrection. He lives the reality of the new order of things. The reality of salvation. He beholds the reality of death but he also looks beyond the grave and awaits the life of the world to come. He knows that Christ “has trampled down death by death” and has granted us the gift of eternal life.

We live in the spirit of the Resurrection and therefore do not fear death. We live in repentance and therefore do not fear sin. Forgiveness springs forth from the tomb of Christ.

I hope and pray that you all live and celebrate the Resurrection of Christ with pure hearts. May all Christians throughout the world live and celebrate this event without any obstacles. May the joy of the Resurrection of our Christ abound everywhere, for Christians and non-Christians. May all of humanity throughout the world come to know Christ. May it soon come to pass that all of humanity becomes one flock under one Shepherd, the Resurrected Lord, God and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Christ is Risen, blessed Christians. Having beheld the Resurrection of Christ, let us worship the Holy Lord Jesus, the only sinless One. Christ is Risen!
